By creating an account or using TerraPath ("the Service") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Accounts are personal — do not share credentials.

You agree not to:

• Upload resumes or content you do not have the right to submit.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
• Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent content.

Skills analyses, market reports, and learning recommendations are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Treat them as informed suggestions, not professional advice. Verify important decisions independently.

You retain ownership of the resume and profile information you upload. You grant TerraPath a limited license to process that content to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of derivative analyses generated for your account.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the platform evolves.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerraPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
